1. scope of application

Our employees are not authorized to make verbal agreements with the customer in connection with the contract that deviate from the order form or these General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services of Jennyswiss GmbH, Ligschwil 28, 6280 Urswil.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.

By clicking on the button [order with costs] you place a binding order for the items listed on the order page.

Note: Payment is made exclusively by prepayment / QR-bill. After receipt of payment, the order will be processed and shipped. Other payment methods are not available.

Jennyswiss GmbH reserves the right not to accept offers – in particular if an article is no longer available or if there are outstanding claims from previous orders.

Orders are only accepted in normal household quantities.

4. right of withdrawal

As long as the order has not yet been paid for, the contract can be revoked.

As our products are made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started or dispatch has taken place.
